TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow in colour, brilliant; on the nose it opens with a fresh, citrusy bouquet, notes of ripe fruit, nice minerality, light hydrocarbons. The palate is dry, with good softness and great freshness. It is fine and sharp, long and well balanced.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes beautifully with fish dishes, try it with baked scallops and Mediterranean herbs.
