LUGANA MUSA

The last white wine born in the cellar buglioni after the purchase of 3 hectares of vineyards directly in lugana in 2014. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense bouquet with fine floral notes of citrus and white fruit. Good acidity and sapidity with light mineral notes.


Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with refined meat or fish appetizers, crudités, light and aromatic first courses, grilled fish and white meat.

Serve chilled at a temperature of about 8°C.

Grapevines
100% Trebbiano di Lugana.
Clayey-cretaceous soil of morainic origin.

Breeding
Guyot with 5,000 vines per hectare, 8 buds strain and row grass.

Vinification
Crushing and pressing of the grapes. Fermentation of the must for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 16°C.

Refinement

Steel aging for 5 months. Rest in bottle for 2 months before release.

Yield: 65 hl/ha.
