The oldest brandy and traditional northern Italy. It is obtained by distillation of the solid part of the grapes: the pomace.
RAW MATERIAL: fresh pomace from the Chardonnay vineyards.
DISTILLATIONS ARTISAN: Broken with head and tail, cut into alembic copper vapor.
ALCOHOL: 41% vol.
BOTTLING: Manual No - clear glass bottle 100, 350, 700 ml and with a colored background hand 500, 700 and 2000 ml. 6300 ml, hand.
