Produced in the romantic Franciacorta estate in Passirano, owned by the Avanzi family, this elegant Franciacorta has a creamy and abundant foam. Its perlage is fine and persistent. In the mouth it is full, enveloping and of great balance.

The nose is fine, with floral notes and elegant hints typical of aging on yeasts.

Delicious as an aperitif but also throughout the meal. It can be paired with fish and shellfish.

Franciacorta Brut wine

Grape: 100% Chardonnay.
Production area: Franciacorta vineyard. Romantica - Passirano, Brescia.
Harvest period: Second decade of August
Vinification: Soft pressing of the bunches and separation of the must. Fermentation in steel tanks. Finishing on the yeasts in the bottle for about 30 months.
Colour: Straw yellow
Bouquet: The nose is fine, with distinct floral notes and elegant scents typical of aging on yeasts.
