This low-fermentation craft beer is brewed with our rare water with a very low salt content and particularly low alkalinity.

To obtain it we use only one type of malt imported directly from Bavaria, of which we specify the variety of barley to the malt shop; in the cooked room, as for all our German-style beers, we ammostiamo in decoction.

These 3 factors, water, malt and mashing, are the basis of the hinges of drinkability, ease of assimilation and fineness of this beer.

These characteristics are exalted thanks to the care in the following phases of production: in fact, we boil the wort using only German noble hops and we conduct the fermentation at very low temperatures to induce the yeasts to work slowly and develop a mixture of fine and balanced aromatic compounds.

Individually, we mature the beer not yet gassed for a very long period of time. We wait for the various processes of taste refinement and stabilization of the beer to reach the desired point before packaging.

Since this craft beer is re-fermented, we add fresh yeast and sweet wort on the day of bottling.

During re-fermentation, the yeasts will create new aromas in the next phase of refinement and will bind and blend in pleasant harmony with the delicate hints of malt pils and aromatic German hops.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The Blonde is bright golden yellow and rich in white foam. Taking care in the decantation not to pour the yeast deposited on the bottom of the bottle, the appearance is surprisingly clear for a craft beer refermented in the bottle.

The nose perceives the lightness of the scents of malt pils, reminiscent of fresh bread and multi-flower honey, are refreshed by the aromatic and delicate notes of hops.

In the mouth they surprise its softness and roundness, difficult to obtain in these types of beer with moderate alcohol content. Aromatically it is very fine and pleasant.

Its not bitter finish, where the acidity balances the sweetness of the malt, makes it extremely pleasant and recalls another sip.
